🐦‍⬛11.26 Luxelakes: Join my first event on 11/30!

Join my first community event on November 30 at the luxelakes meeting room. This marks the launch of my monthly biodiversity observation series.

Theme of the Month: “Our Non-Human Neighbors”
Goal: Introduce residents to diversified observation techniques.
Only when people recognize that their environment includes not just humans, but also birds and other species, will they begin to care about:

  • Habitat availability

  • Species survival

  • Environmental stability (e.g., whether the same species can be observed over time, and whether the area can support biodiversity)

Event 1: My Birdwatching Journey
Topic: "From a City walk Birdwatcher to a Citizen Science MVP"
I will share my personal experience and insights in birdwatching.
Through this story, I aim to help residents recall their own bird encounters, visualize their living environment, identify bird-human coexistence issues in the community, and learn basic birdwatching ethics and procedures.

This is the start of a long-term, data-driven community project.
